Data deletion instructions

You may request deletion of information submitted to Tonexera, including information connected with a booking or advertising interaction.

Submit a request

Email support@tonexera.com with the subject “Delete my data”. Include the email address used for your booking and, if possible, the approximate date. Never send a password or access key.

Verification

We may request reasonable verification to prevent deletion of another person’s information.

Timeline

We acknowledge the request and normally complete deletion within 30 days, unless retention is required by law.

Advertising data

Attribution identifiers, UTM parameters and deduplication records are retained for no more than 30 days. Deletion does not remove aggregated and anonymized data.

Meta access

You may also remove an application’s access in Facebook settings. That action is separate from requesting deletion from Tonexera.
